I am Suzanne Carmilia, M.Ed., the founder of Bright Leadership Solutions. I spent three decades owning and operating childcare centers right here in Massachusetts — and I have done it both ways. I purchased an existing center with good systems and a strong culture, and I had to modernize both to meet the demands of a field that has changed enormously over thirty years. I also built a center from the ground up, making every founding decision from licensing and hiring to curriculum and enrollment. That dual experience gives me a coaching perspective that very few consultants can offer. I bridge the gap between educational heart and financial survival — and I have turned centers around from the brink of closure. Now, I am dedicating my expertise to helping new and struggling owners and directors not just survive, but lead with confidence and build centers that thrive.
